Refund and cancellation policy

Registration fee
- The fee is ₹1,200 per participant plus 18% GST, paid by the team leader through Razorpay.
Withdrawal by a team
- The registration fee is non-refundable. A team that withdraws, or does not submit, forfeits the fee.
Cancellation by ZENTHINK
- If ZENTHINK cancels the competition or a zonal final, registered teams receive [TBC: refund position].
Duplicate or failed payments
- A payment taken twice for the same team, or taken when registration failed, is refunded in full.
Transfers
- A registration is non-transferable: it cannot be passed to another person, team or edition of the competition.
How refunds are paid
- Where a refund applies (duplicate payments, or a cancellation by ZENTHINK), it goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay within [TBC: number] working days of approval.
